b. The iron core and winding are respectively tightened. Generally, the body adopts the cylinder structure of copper foil winding. d. Corrugated sheet is used for oil tank. It has a breathing function to compensate for oil volume changes due to temperature changes. Therefore, there is no oil conservator of the product, obviously reducing the height of the transformer.
e. Since the corrugated sheet replaces the oil conservator, the transformer oil is isolated from the outside world. In this way, it can effectively prevent the entry of oxygen and water which leads to the decrease of insulation performance.
f. According to the above five performances, there is no need that the oil of the oil immersed type transformer should be replaced in normal operation. The maintenance cost of the transformer is greatly reduced, and the service life of the transformer is prolonged.
